Whistleblowing

We strive for an open, transparent, and responsible organization. It is important to us that any misconduct is identified and addressed at an early stage.

Through our whistleblowing function, employees, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders can securely and confidentially report suspected misconduct or serious deviations from laws, internal guidelines, or ethical principles. This may, for example, involve corruption, harassment, workplace health and safety deficiencies, or other serious irregularities.

The whistleblowing service is provided within the framework of our group and is administered by an external, independent party, ensuring a secure, confidential, and objective handling of all reports received. Reports may be submitted anonymously and without risk of retaliation.

Our operations are covered by the group’s whistleblowing policy, which applies to all subsidiaries. The policy describes when and how whistleblowing can take place, as well as how reported cases are handled.

When submitting a report, you choose whether the matter concerns the entire group or specifically CauseyWestling, in order to ensure that the case is handled at the appropriate level.
